Can CT&L Arrange for Return Shipment?
Sure. CT&L can arrange for the packing of the equipment, as well as the return shipment back to CT&L. Typically, the cost for these services ranges from $30 to $50 per item. We can provide you with a more accurate estimate if you Contact Us and give us the details.
Please note that this service requires all items to be in one physical location, and to be accessible via a truck dock. CT&L cannot provide for deinstallation of individual items.

Where do I Send the Equipment?
CT&L will notify you as to where to send the equipment. DO NOT return the equipment to CT&L without first receiving acknowledgment from us to do so. Unannounced returns will be refused and returned to the Shipper.
Why?
CT&L does not maintain an on-premises warehouse for receiving or storing equipment. We utilize a variety of facilities for these services, and are not equipped to receive equipment at our offices.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Unless otherwise noted in your Lease Agreement, the Lessee is responsible for the cost of shipping the equipment back to CT&L.
