Software

CT&L can only replace defective software returned within 30 days of the ship date. Defective software will be replaced with the same title only and must be returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation.

Computers, Monitors & Equipment Manufactured by Apple, Compaq, HP, IBM, Lucent and Sony

Due to the manufacturers' policies, CT&L cannot accept returns or exchanges for computers and monitors manufactured by APPLE, COMPAQ, HEWLETT PACKARD, IBM, LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES or SONY under any circumstances.

If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning, or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer, or make arrangements to return the product for repair. In many cases, the manufacturer will be able to diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. For more information, please review the Manufacturer Support Sites available on our site, or you may certainly call the manufacturers directly. We have included the relevant phone numbers below for your convenience.

Do not return merchandise to the manufacturer without first obtaining return instructions. Additionally, please have the following information readily available before contacting CT&L or the manufacturer:

Model and type of computer
Serial number
Date of purchase

Refurbished or Off-Lease Items

Refurbished or Off-Lease products are products that have been previously sold or leased, returned and reconditioned for selling purposes. Refurbished and Off-Lease items come with a a 30-day defective-only guarantee, and are sold "AS IS." We do not guarantee replacement, nor do we cover return shipping charges. If you return a defective product, you will be refunded for your purchase.
