The RMA & Replacements form allows you to notify CT&L of any issues you may have with items you have received, or request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). The information will be transmitted to our Web Services Group, who will forward it to your Sales Rep for review.
Please provide, in detail, the problems or damage you may have with the items received. The more specific you are, the quicker we are able to assess and correct a problem. We make all efforts to respond within 24 hours, and oftentimes have an RMA issued within that time frame. Note that in certain cases, it may be necessary for your Sales Rep to contact you directly to clarify your issues or concerns.
Notice: Return freight charges for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the end-user. Additionally, all returned items must be sent via a trackable carrier.
