WILDWOOD, MO. - February 15, 2001 - Capital, Technology & Leasing, LLC. ("CT&L"), a nationwide technology leasing company, announced today that it had added considerable depth to it's remarketing efforts with the addition of a new Regional Vice President, Bob Clark, who will be responsible for the Sales & Remarketing of the CT&L lease portfolio.

Bob will be charged with further developing the secondary markets into which CT&L remarkets off-lease equipment, as well as developing sales & lease opportunities within those customers. With a rapidly growing lease portfolio, CT&L has chosen to address possible remarketing issues before the bulk of initial leases expire. In that respect, Bob enjoys broad experience.

Before joining CT&L, Bob successfully owned and operated Computer Warehouse Outlet, a Midwest, computer, retail establishment that specialized in off-lease, refurbished and used computer and IT equipment. Having purchased and sold off-lease equipment to a host of buyers and sellers, Bob developed an expertise and insight into the pricing, volume and quality issues that are the backbone of the secondary equipment markets. It is this expertise that he brings to the "back end" operations of the CT&L lease portfolio.

Having been in the computer and leasing industry for the past six years, Bob arrives with the experience to hit the ground running. He also has a working knowledge of the CT&L approach as he spent many of those past six years working with the CT&L Team.
