The CT&L Master Lease is our flagship Lease Product. It's a master agreement that covers all of the bases of a lease, and does so in a plain and succinct four pages. That's efficient syntax.

To provide a bit of background, a CT&L Master Lease acts as a boilerplate for all the terms and conditions of any lease you'll ever commence with us. After we've nailed down those details, every time you need to lease some equipment CT&L simply generates a Lease Schedule detailing the equipment and the rental amount. However, that Lease Schedule incorporates all the terms and conditions of the previously negotiated Master Lease. It's perfect if you can foresee groups of equipment that you might want to lease at various points in the future, or on an ongoing basis.

What's really appealing to our clients is that our Master Lease is a document that we're willing to modify. If certain provisions aren't satisfactory, we're always willing to listen and see if we can make your suggestions fit.
